The city of Vancouver, dubbed Canada's "Pearl of the Pacific," is the largest city in the province of British Columbia and the third-largest city in Canada. Surrounded by water on three sides, Vancouver has close to 200 parks including well-known Stanley Park, one of the world's greatest urban preserves. Enjoy a great panoramic view of downtown from the observation deck at the Harbour Center. Other world-famous attractions include the marketplace of Granville Island and the restored Victorian area of Gastown. Nearby are Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Grouse Mountain Skyride.
