CANADIAN ROCKIES BY RAIL
Day 1 - Arrive in Vancouver. Day 2 - Vancouver. Vancouver Trolley Attractions Tour with stops at 23 attractions or points of interest, including Gastown, Robson Street, Stanley Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Granville Island, Yaletown, and Chinatown. Offers full commentary during the 2-hour circuit. It's up to you where and when you want to get on and off the trolley to experience the highlights of this diverse city! Day 3 - Vancouver - Via Rocky Mountaineer - Kamloops. Transfer to the rail station; board the Rocky Mountaineer; transfer to hotel in Kamloopsfor overnight. Note: For your convenience, baggage that will not be needed during the train journey will be checked through to Banff. Checked baggage will not be accessible during the journey. Plan to pack an overnight case with necessities for the train portion of the tour, including medications, eyeglasses, and other important items. (For those who upgrade to GoldLeaf service, your luggage will be delivered to the Kamloops hotel.) Day 4 - Kamloops - Via Rocky Mountaineer - Yoho National Park'Spiral Tunnels - Banff. Transfer to rail station; reboard your train; transfer to hotel in Banff. Day 5 - Banff. Guided sightseeing; visit Lake Louise, Castle Mountain, Takakkaw Falls, and Moraine Lake. Day 6 - Banff - Calgary. Take a morning scheduled transfer to the Calgary International Airport or downtown. |
