Sydney & the Hunter Valley (5-day, 4-night Mini Stay)
Day 1 - Arrive Sydney (4 nights) On arrival at Sydney Airport you are transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2 - City Sights View the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from Mrs Macquarie's Chair. Stop at 'The Gap' at the south head of the Harbour for photo opportunities then continue to Bondi Beach for a stroll before returning to the city. Enjoy time at leisure this afternoon. (Buffet Breakfast)
Day 3 - Hunter Valley Wine Region Experience a private tasting at the famous Lindemans Wines. At the Hunter Resort increase your knowledge of wine with an 'introduction to wine appreciation course'. Enjoy a smorgasbord of tasting platters offering you a range of individual dishes for lunch while a cellarmaster shows you how each dish 'marries' with certain wines. (Buffet Breakfast / Lunch)
Day 4 - Sydney at leisure A full day at leisure in Sydney. Perhaps visit The Rocks near Circular Quay, an area dating back to the time of the early settlers.(Buffet Breakfast)
Day 5 - Depart Sydney This morning you will be transferred to Sydney Airport for your return flight home. (Buffet Breakfast)
